Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and HempPlastics.com (operated by Talent Group) (“HempPlastics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of hempplastics.com, our reports, newsletters, supplier directory, sponsorship slots, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding any credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@hempplastics.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Purchases and refunds

Premium reports and sponsorship slots are paid one-time or subscription transactions processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and exclude applicable taxes. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the deliverable has not been substantially consumed; email legal@hempplastics.com with your order ID.

4. License to use content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access free editorial content for your personal or internal business use. Premium reports may be used by you and your immediate team within a single legal entity. Republishing, scraping, training machine-learning models on our content without a written license, or reselling our reports is prohibited. Brief attributed quotations of up to 120 words with a working link are permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• Attempt to access non-public areas, probe security, or interfere with performance or availability;
• Submit forms with false information, including fake company names or disposable emails, or impersonate others;
• Send unsolicited or bulk communications to any address obtained through the Service.

6. Supplier directory and lead forms

Our supplier directory is editorial in nature. Listings are for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsements, certifications, or warranties of any supplier’s products, compliance, financial condition, or business practices. RFQs and lead submissions you send are forwarded to the supplier; we are not a party to the resulting transaction.

7. Sponsorships and advertising

Sponsored content, featured listings, and newsletter slots are clearly labeled. See our Affiliate & Sponsored Disclosure for details. Editorial coverage cannot be purchased.

8. Third-party content and links

The Service includes links to third-party sites, datasets, and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our reporting reflects our independent analysis at the time of publication and is not engineering, legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US $100.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify HempPlastics from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) content you submit.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
